Operating a stand alone Behringer HBP360/704G Heavy Duty, Twin Column, Bi-Directional Mitre Bandsaw capable of single, layer and bundle cuts. NC-controlled cutting-angle setting and an excellent band life and the best cutting quality due to an inclined saw band.

For square cut projects, Dent are able to cut to a Capacity Range of 700mm in width and 340mm in height.

For mitre cut projects, Dent can offer 45deg right/left cut with a material Capacity Range of 400mm in width x 340mm in height. With a maximum automatic in-feed of 19000mm in length x 850mm in width

To compliment this facility we are able to handle items up to 20 tonnes in weight.

We are happy to offer this cutting service in conjunction with our own material supply as well as customers own supply free issue material.

All Dents' warehouse staff are fully trained in the use of the Bandsaw and are fully versed with the Health & Safety aspects relating to its use.
