Dent Steel Limited are able to offer profiling,
machining and drilling services.
Services available:
Profiling
2 x Multi-head Oxy propane profile machines with cutting
dimensions of 22 metres x 4 metres. The Oxy propane multihead
machines are capable of cutting up to 200mm in thickness
1 x High Definition plasma cutting machine bed with a bed size
of 12.8 metres x 3 metres. This state of the art High definition
plasma machine is capable of cutting up to 30mm in thickness.
Other Services
2 x Gerima weld prepping machines, capable of producing preps
of varying degrees to any thickness of plates
2 x Lumsden Grinding machines, one with a 60" table surface the
other offers a 100" table surface.
1 x 6' Radial Arm Drill, capable of drilling and tapping hole
diameters up to 60mm.
Newly developed cnc drilling/gas cutting head with the capabilities
to drill up to 50mm dia holes in 50mm thick steel. Profiling bed length
22000mm with max drilling width 3600mm.
