Fitted with an 8 turbined blast unit ensuring a surface cleanliness to a minimum
SA2.5. Regular checks ensure a blast profile between 40-75 microns.
Twin Paint Systems:
Each system is fitted with eight paint lines and guns with independent pumps,
one system for 'Water Based' primers and one for 'Solvent Based' primers.
These work independently to prevent cross contamination.
Material Handling:
Our in-feed and out-feed handling system allows us to treat lengths of up to
18300mm. They are serviced with cranes allowing us to lift 20 tonne piece weights*.
Heating:
We have gas fired pre-heating burners and a post-heating drying cabinet to ensure
all paints are cured and dry enabling loading straight off the line to a truck or to
a designated storage area.
Operations:
We operate two four man shifts to enable a speedy delivery to meet our
customers' demands.
